    Mga Sangkap ng Adobong Manok

    2 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces
    3 pieces dried bay leaves
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1/4 cup cooking oil
    1/2 tablespoon white sugar
    Salt and whole peppercorn
    1 to 2 cups water

    Paraan ng pagluto ng Adobong Manok

    1. Sa isang lalagyan, pagsama-samahin ang Soy Sauce at garlic, saka i-marinade ang manok ng 1 hanggang 3 oras
    2. Ilagay kawaling may mantika sa kalan at hayaan itong uminit.
    3. Ilagay ang na-marinate na manok sa kawali. Lutuin ito sa loob ng 5 minuto.
    4. Ilagay na rin ang marinade, dagdagan ng tubig kung kailangan at hayaan itong kumulo.
    5. Ilagay ang dried bay leaves at peppercorn. Hayaang kumulo sa loob ng 30 minuto o hanggang sa lumambot ang karne ng manok.
    6. Ilagay ang vinegar sa kawali. Haluin at hayaang maluto sa loob ng 10 minuto.
    7. Maglagay ng asukal at asin, haluin, at patayin ang kalan.
    8. Ilagay sa lalagyan ang Adobong Manok at ihanda ito sa hapag kainan.
